Thread Jacking: Sure!
Fourthwalling: If your character would know about Doctor Who, then sure! She probably wouldn't be surprised if someone made a show about the Doctor's adventures.
Offensive Things/Stuff I'd like to Avoid: I'm usually okay with most things, but I'd prefer if you'd message me about it first just to make sure.
IC Things:
Hugging: Yes, though she'll think it's odd if she doesn't know them.
Kissing: Your character'll get smacked if she doesn't like you. Otherwise, she's okay with it depending on how friendly she is with them.
Flirting: Oh, yes. She has a flirty personality, so she can give as good as she gets. She especially enjoys flirting with people who get flustered easily.
Relationships: It takes a while for her to really open up to people, so any romantic relationship would have to be plotted out and developed well.
Fighting: She'll try to avoid an outright fight, but if she has to, she will.
Injuring: She's only human, so injuries are going to happen. Just let me know beforehand!
Killing: Unless we've plotted it out really well, I'd prefer not.
Using Telepathy/Mind Control: Yes, but there'll be some resistance if she didn't agree to it first.
